Beetroot Chicken Keema Momos

Spend time where it actually matters - at the dinner table and not in the kitchen! Our momos are already 100% cooked, so DO NOT cook them for more than 2-3 mins

So, here’s the easy-peasy-squeezy steps to cook:

• STEAM: Add 1/2 cup boiling water in a steamer, grease its plate & steam the momos for 3-4 minutes. If using a microwave, do it in the same way for 2 minutes.
• PAN FRY: In a non-stick pan, heat some oil, place the momos & let them cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle some water & cover, cook for another 2 minutes. Open the lid, make the base crisp & serve.
• DEEP FRY: Heat some oil in a pan & deep fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
• AIR FRY: Preheat at 200 degrees, spray some oil on the momos & air fry for 8-10 minutes. Toss in between for even cooking.
